Our mission:
Rethinking security
With more than 30 years of experience in the cybersecurity industry, we've learned that sustainable improvements don’t come from new technologies alone but from fresh approaches. Our methods make cyber resilience achievable for everyone.
Our unique cohorts combine the benefits of projects, training, and communities to achieve a significant and measurable strengthening of cybersecurity with manageable efforts. This means that cyber resilience and digital sovereignty are finally available to SMEs as well.
Our purpose: Defending European values through cyber resilience
We are convinced Europeans. We support and defend the goals and values of the European Union, and we see ourselves as part of a global civil society.
Our goal is to help European SMEs become more resilient. These companies are responsible for over half of jobs and economic value in the European Union, yet they are often left to face cybersecurity challenges alone. The reality is that the modern threat landscape can’t be solved by simply adding more security tools, and traditional IT consulting too often proves costly, ineffective, and driven by vendor interests.
Our strategy: new approaches
In order to help as many companies as possible achieve greater cyber resilience at the same time, we have developed cohorts. A group of companies is working on a common topic at the same time in order to achieve measurable progress in 8 weeks. The participants network, share challenges and best practices with each other as peers, and are guided through the cohort by our experts. This is how cyber security works for SMEs — effectively and on a large scale.

Our Foundation:
intent, intelligence, integrity
Our company name “int [cube]” reflects our core values: intent, intelligence and integrity. They are the basis of our work.
We understand the clients' intent, we provide them with relevant insights (intelligence) and stand for integrity in all our actions.
These values are the building blocks of our mission and shape our approach to cybersecurity.

We are guided by these values every day:
Liberty
For us, freedom means empowering people to make and implement decisions. But freedom is not limitless—it is limited by our values and respect for the freedom of others. At int [cube], freedom also means shaping one's own everyday life in a self-determined manner.
Responsibility
We are aware of the responsibility that comes with freedom for us: We use our competencies in a targeted manner, give well-founded reasons for our decisions and bear the consequences of our actions. We take responsibility for ourselves as people, towards our customers and society.
Progressing
There's no prescriptive definition of how we operate at int [cube]. Without change, there is no progress. This means that we consciously question standard practices and make room for the new possibilities. In doing so, we are not afraid to question the status quo.
Transparency
We believe that only full internal and external disclosure of salaries, commissions, revenue and profit figures, and all other business data can create transparency and accountability and prevent unfair incentives that are otherwise widely used in consulting.
Growth
We want to grow to achieve our mission — but not at any price. We attach great importance to sustainable and responsible growth. This is the result of challenges that we are happy to face as a company, but also personally.
Appreciation
We all have different backgrounds—professionally and personally. We know and appreciate these differences and take them into account when working together. This can also result in conflicts, and dealing with them openly and respectfully is crucial.
Take responsibility
We are actively involved in industry associations, committees, and collaborations, thus promoting collaborative, innovative work and a strong safety culture.
