Hours: part-time (4+ days) or full-time
Experience: Midlevel or senior, at least 3-5 years of professional experience
Salary: 75,000/90,000 EUR gross per year (bands Senior Expert and Advisor, see salary structure), plus a share in the profit

Your tasks

• Leading and delivering IT security projects from planning to completion, making sure clients are satisfied and projects succeed
• Developing security architectures and analysing the technical requirements of client projects
• Acting as the main contact for clients, building close relationships and spotting opportunities for further work together
• Running workshops and trainings on proven security practices and technologies
• Keeping up with the latest security trends and legal requirements so you can give well-founded recommendations

What you bring

• Proven experience in managing client projects and delivering security solutions on your own
• A strong understanding of cybersecurity
• A bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, business informatics, cybersecurity or equivalent professional experience
• Knowledge of relevant frameworks (such as NIS2, DORA, ISO 27001) is very welcome
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and related security certifications is a plus
• German at native level and English at least at C1
• The ability to turn complex security concepts into clear, actionable insights for clients
• Formal project management skills for planning, tracking and reporting project progress
• Willingness to travel (up to 10%)

You work in the delivery team: 5 of our current 11 people are in this team. We are warm with each other, focused at work, and give everyone the freedom and room to grow.
